中意人寿保险有限公司是由意大利忠利保险有限公司（ASSICURAZIONI GENERALI）和中国石油天然气集团公司（CNPC）合资组建的人寿保险公司，于2002年1月15日经中国保险监督管理委员会批准在广州成立，公司注册资本13亿元人民币，是中国加入WTO后首家获准成立的中外合资保险公司。

Generali China Life Insurance Company Limited is a joint-venture between Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. (Generali)China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC). The company was approved for establishment by China Insurance Regulatory Commission on 15th January 2002. It was the first Sino-foreign joint-venture insurance company approved for operation by the Chinese authorities after China joined the World Trade Organization. The registered capital of the company is 1.3 billion yuan.
