This Job Description is detailing those tasks to the individual functions.
General aimsobjectives of the position
Contribute to ensure the fluentlysuccessfully production of existing productsnew products.
-In charge of technical management of the plant.
-In Charge of technology innovation.
-participates in the management of the plant.
Responsibility
-Assist Technical manager for implementing development plan.
-Assist Production Manager for production technical management.
-Organizeimplement pilot trials task.
-Provide proposal for products development.
-Draft SOPrelevant documents.
-Provide technical support for manufacturing.
-Training workers on operation.
-Evaluate production utilizationproposal improvement.
-Proposal the treatment to off-specification productintermediates.
-Production on-line trouble shootingproposal solution action. -Document experimental results in test reports.
职位要求：
Qualifications
Education
-Above Degree in chemistryrelevant major.
Knowledge/Requirement
-Knowledge of chemical industries ,silicones plant is preferred.
-Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
-English, spokenwritten
-Ensure proper information flow by way of adequatetimely reports (e.g.: regular reports as required)
-Keep completeaccurate files of all relevant documentation in respect to marketing activities in accordance with IMS.
-Preparedness to travel abroad for training etc.
Experience
-More than 5 years in chemical industries.
-More than 2 years experience in siliconesrelevant plant.
